About Glenn Harrold
Glenn Harrold is a hypnotherapist and author, celebrated for his significant contributions to hypnotherapy. He began his professional journey in hypnotherapy after graduating from the British School of Clinical Hypnosis, where he acquired the skills necessary to assist others in overcoming various psychological challenges. In recognition of his extensive contributions, he was awarded a Fellowship by the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis in 2011.
With a clinical experience spanning over two decades, Glenn has produced more than 250 hypnosis and meditation recordings. His range of self-help audio sessions addresses topics such as healthy eating, weight management, overcoming addictions, dealing with phobias, and improving sleep.
His highly popular Mindfulness Meditation series is part of Glenn's wider hypnotherapy and meditation catalogue which has been downloaded over 10 million times.
